Service Description

Private lessons are great for people who want to learn martial arts but either cannot make regularly scheduled group classes or want to fine tune their skills . Private lessons are also ideal for people who are uncomfortable in group class settings.The one-on-one attention to detail is the key to achieving your Martial Arts & Fitness goals much more quickly. In these private lessons, the Coach will design a lesson plan that meets your individual needs. Some of the benefits of private lessons include: - One-on- one training with your Coach - Prepare for Competition or Belt Exams - Improving one’s technique, form, or sparring - A tailored fitness program for you.

Cancelantion Policy

To cancel your Intro. Please cancel two hours prior to scheduled training time zone. To terminate your Membership you must bring in a written 90 day cancellation notice and hand it to our administrator Mariah Dailey. You will then complete your training agreement with 3 final months of training.
